Our Amherst apartments provides its residents with a safe and quiet environment to relax in, we have security cameras on site and we are in close proximity to the amherst police station.  We are strict with our quiet hours as we want a great place for all of our tenants to live and get a good nights rest!  Who doesn't want quality sleep?  Sleep is one of natures best health remedies and this is why we cherish our quiet hours. As for safety we pride ourselves on being easy to access in case of emergencies and having locks even on our interior doors. We allow tenants to install ring door bells and security cameras as well with the approval of the landlord.  Safety is our main concern as with safety comes a more serene life and better sleep and comfort.

When you rent with us every tenant gets a gym key fob to work out in at our Alexander estate's location. Avoid the monthly gym membership fees and the long commute that it may cause and workout at a place close to you. It is the cleanest gym in amherst and is in a beautiful space.  Our tenants also have access to Move Wysely LLC, for private training sessions.
