Please fill out a maintenance request for any/ all maintenance issues that you experience in your unit immediately to prevent further damage. You’re welcome to include any details that may help our staff, a desired time frame, & any questions you may have in the request.

If you are experiencing a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY: Please call 716-688-2526 immediately & choose the emergency maintenance option listed on the recording (press #2). Maintenance Emergencies include but are not limited to; water leaks, no heating, property damage, noise complaints, & parking concerns. 

If you are experiencing a SAFETY/ SECURITY ISSUE: Please contact 911

If you are LOCKED OUT OF YOUR UNIT AFTER HOURS: Please contact emergency maintenance [716-688-2526, press #2] or your local locksmith. If a maintenance staff member is available to let you in there is a $75.00 fee due at the time of service, if a locksmith is contacted by you directly or through our call center because a staff member is not available the cost is determined by the company preforming the service & payment is due at the time of service by the resident.
