Your rent includes the following Spectrum Bulk Services:
Internet: Wireless Internet (20x2mbps) *equipment required
Cable: Starter Plus Select CATV1 -Channels 2-99
Equipment: Wireless Modem

All tenants must pick up a WIRELESS MODEM for internet service:

    1. Call SPECTRUM RESIDENT CUSTOMER SERVICE #: 1-833-MY-SPECTRUM [1-833-697-7328] or stop into the Spectrum local office at 720 Maple Rd, Williamsville 14221
    2. Provide your unit address including apt. # [do not provide the leasing office address] & provide your information; name, phone #, email, etc., photo identification is required
    3. Let the Spectrum representative know you have a bulk “Sub” account & that you need to make arrangements for your WIRELESS MODEM, once the equipment is added the representative will see the codes
    4. OR

      Spectrum can ship the WIRELESS MODEM directly to you for self-hookup. This option may be slower than picking up the equipment in person [1-833-697-7328].

      Request installation by a technician [1-833-697-7328]. This may take longer & may incur an installation fee.

    5. Once the modem is installed, complete the online registration / authentication at http://registration.rr.com to start using internet or call customer service [1-833-697-7328] to have them activate service, be sure to give the representative your unit’s address do not provide the Leasing Office address.
    6. Register your Spectrum Online ID, this allows for Spectrum TV Apps & if purchased, premium online content like HBO GO. You may upgrade your internet and/ or cable from the services we include by contacting Spectrum [1-833-697-7328] directly. You will be billed directly by Spectrum for any additional services.
    7. If you experience any technical issues, please call Spectrum Customer Service directly [1-833-697-7328], be sure to record the case number that they will provide to you.
    8. At the end of your tenancy, you will need to return your modem to Spectrum’s local office at 720 Maple Rd, Williamsville 14221. Failure to return modem will result in $75.00 administrative fee.
