WORKOUT AREA

Our new Workout Facility located at Alexander Estates on Sweet Home Rd., for current Residents of Wyse Properties LLC only & no guests, visitors, the public, or persons experiencing health problems. Hours of operation are 6:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Sunday, subject to change at Landlord's discretion.

Workout Facility Requirements

  • Please bring clean/dry sneakers to change into when using the gym
  • Wipe down equipment after each use
  • Maintain 6 feet distance from others
  • Speakers are prohibited; headphones are required when listening to music
  • Reserved parking for Move Wysely clients to the left of the gym

Workout Facility Rules & Regulations

 

  • The Workout Facility and equipment is to be used at your own risk. 

 

  • Landlord is not responsible for injuries or loss/ damage of personal belongings.

 

  • No one under the age of eighteen (18) is permitted.

 

  • Proper attire must be worn and there is no smoking, food, glass permitted inside of the building. 

 

  • Workouts are limited to thirty (30) minutes per piece of equipment when other Tenants are waiting.

 

  • Equipment should be wiped off by Tenant after each use. 


  • Speakers are prohibited; tenants must wear headphones when listening to music.

 

  • Each Tenant will be issued one (1) Workout Area Key Fob/Card, a $25.00 replacement fee for Workout Area Key Fobs/Cards which are not returned at the end of the Lease Term, or are lost, damaged, or stolen will be assessed to Tenant and deemed Additional Rent. 

 

  • Tenant will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property accidentally or otherwise. 

 

  • It is Tenant's responsibility to notify Landlord through a maintenance request of any damage or necessary cleaning to the Workout Facility.

 

  • Tenant understands that Workout facility is under video surveillance and Tenant may be recorded at any time. 

 

A Note To Our Tenants

Any Tenant found to be in violation of the Workout Facility guidelines listed above will immediately be barred from using the Workout Facility and is required to return their Workout Area Key Fob/Card to Landlord. Failure to return the Workout Area Key Fob/Card within one (1) business day of receiving notice from Landlord or Landlord's agent verbally, through text message, or through email will result in a $25.00 replacement fee deemed Additional Rent.
Landlord reserves the right to discontinue Tenant access to Workout Facility as such, for any length of time, for any reason, and may re-purpose the Workout Facility at any point.
